Thank you!

We meet Monday nights at 7:00 on the grounds of the Multi-Lakes Conservation Association, which is our charter organization. We are a very active troop and have exceptional sporting and outdoor activity opportunities (including those needed for rank or merit badges) by holding our meetings and several campouts right here at Multi-Lakes.

We currently have approximately 24 scouts ranging in rank from Tenderfoot to Life, and have a long listing of Eagle Scouts over the 50 years the troop has existed. Our scouts come from Commerce Township, Huron Valley, Walled Lake, West Bloomfield, and other surrounding school districts.

Troop 170 is a "Boy Run Troop" in that the Patrol Leader Council (Senior Patrol Leader and his Assistant, and each Patrol Leader and his Assistant) with the advice and guidance of the Scoutmaster and his Assistants plan and operate the following functions of the Troop: weekly Troop meetings, weekend and long term Campouts and Service projects. A Yearly calendar is produced as a guide to follow. Parents serving on various committees give financial, logistical, and participatory support to the Troop so the plans can be successful.

If you and/or your Webelos patrol are interesting in meeting with us or attending a troop meeting (or parents attending our monthly parent committee meeting) please start by contacting our Scoutmaster with the "Contact Our Troop" link above.
